I have had a rotten afternoon, unexpected visit from exh2, which had Bear all over him 😡😞 return to work Cordinator called and they are sending me into an aged care facility that caters only to dementia clients (the client that attacked me had dementia) because my supervises boss doesn't want me back in the office because of my meltdown on Tuesday. And one of my nephews called and his fiancé is 23 weeks pregnant and in the ED because she is having pains.

Sorry babe I forgot that I nearly had an accident on the way home. (Not of my doing after last night I think I will be driving like miss daisy for a while) She just didn't look and merger from right to left on the crest of a bridge and nearly took me out. I never been so happy that I service my car regularly and I have amazing breaks. Normally I would just scream some of my most eloquent swear words at her and forget. But again after last night it shoke me up a far bit.

Omg...babe people need to be more aware of around them when they driving...so f**king careless.
Exh has this thing over me. Every time I'm around him he makes me feel like a piece of shit. Everything just is my fault. And he isn't the only one saying it. Mum just gave me shit for half an hour. She is so f**king controlling. I am a terrible mum, I am a terrible person . I don't know how to do anything right. These are the sorts of people I have around me all the time. People who take advantage and treat me like a piece of shit. People who Say that everything I do is wrong and I should be doing this and I should be doing that and I shouldn't do this and I shouldn't do that. Aaagggghhh I'm going crazy.

I get no help from anyone and when I do get some from mum every now and then she complains. Makes me feels guilty for asking. I have no one in my life at all. Everyone I know just wants something from me to then turn around and say f**k you!!!
