Hey @Shaz51 , it hasn't been an easy day. Work and the return to work Cordinator seem to be let's say lacking in knowledge about PTSD and I am doing everything possible and they just don't get that it's difficult to just jump back in.
How has your day been my friend

very true @Former-Member and very understandable too
like us being self employed and work has gone way down to this virus thing , so by the time people ring us up , it will be hard to get back into it too
are you home now ?? or still at work

I am sorry to here that covid19 is impacting your business so much @Shaz51
I am home till Monday. I went in on Tuesday but only last 3 hours before the flashbacks started and I couldn't focus . My GP amd psychologist don't want me at work anyway but I caved to the pressure. I love my job and am very passionate about what I do and want to get back to doing so I will try anything. Just trying to get them to understand it's a process that I am going to have good days, ok days and hideous days where I could possibly have to leave. They just don't seem to care.

your GP amd psychologist are very understanding @Former-Member
would be good if your Boss was the same and let yourelf build up again
not sure about if a letter from your GP amd psychologist would help with your boss
what kind of work do you do ?
I have stage 4 kidney disease with only one kidney -- my specialist and doctor can`t believe i am still working but have not told me not to work ,
