rough time

Not well, Physically and emotionally and mentally. I have just been hit with a truck load of shit in the last few days and I don't know how I am going to get through it all, sometimes I don't even want to.

I know it feels like there is just too much shit but we just have to tackle it one thing at a time. Everything is feeling overwhelming today but tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow will bring better clarity. You just need to put today behind you and focus on how far you have come.

Ohh and by the way @Lee82 , yes it is a good impact. Talked to Izzy's counsellor tonight about being able to connect with you here and how easy it seems. She was thrilled that I have made a connection with another human. She understands how completely out of my comfort zone this whole experience is for me. She also had me check my fear and anxiety levels around it.
