I am stressed and anxious, nothing has gone right for me this morning but I guess shit happens. I literally got everything ready for work last night but things still seem to be so messed up. I will check in with you as often as I can too see how you are going today.

Hey @Molliex good to hear you are getting some good days. I'm doing ok for today thanks. My plans for this morning and early afternoon all got cancelled. I get it about missing people in these times of distancing. I'm making a point of reaching out to at least 3 offline friends or family each day. Plus we have a family group thing happening on WhatsApp - worth checking out if you want to connect with a group of people. Zoom is good too for face to face meetings with groups. The free version works quite well enough. FB only lets something like 8 people meet on video (might be less I think) whereas with Zoom you can have up to 100 (tho' it's quite busy enough with 10 or so - I've done that a few times now with the local disbility alliance). That's what I was meant to be doing this morning - a peer mentoring session, but they cancelled at the last minute.
