they are pretty good at offerimg support, but don't be pressured to call, we just want to offer you suport and ensure you are safe as this is a peer support service not counselling or crisis. Your safety and wellbeing is number one 🙂 you might surprise yourself when you take a few breaths and take the pressure off you may just be able to speak

Ok, I get the fear @Lee82 but I also feel like your night is going to be tough for you and really want you to get some help. I have called them before and yes I was freaked out because if what I thought might happen, but you want to know what actually happened?
I had someone listen to me, I got to hear someone actually able to help me work out how to be safe just for the night and that made all the difference. I wish you would call them my friend. 💜💜💜
