im trying to set boundaries with my mother and its making me so nervous I can barely breathe and keep snapping at pop 😥😵🥴

ll what shes asking isn't fair to me or to the kids either so im really trying to stick with them and they sounds abrupt and shes probably going to be angry
and pops snapping at me cause I asked him to do something else because what hes been doing all day is very loud and very annoying
my hearts going all weird like it was when I was having the palpatations so im trying to settle everything down, not being very successful though I donthink

Stick to what YOU want however, your mum will have to work around you not the other way around,

Stick to your guns hun. You are entitled to have your opinion and have what you need. You have enough on your plate with your pop and your own mental health. Those things, especially your mental health need to come first.

Shes ignoring me i think atm @Snowie i asked a question ans shes ignored it.
Im starting to get a cough so with everything happening now my appts will have to be resheduled due to the new rules. I dont even know if i can go to my drs now without ringing up and then having to go into an isolation room. I wont go yet though cause im 99% sure its the cold my sister had a week ago.
Its tough because i know she needs to work for money esp during these times but the hours etc shes asking for isnt fair esp when she starts talking night shift ones where id habe to stay overnight.
I said im not doing it. Ill watch them every second weekend for the 4 hour shift and the usual shift she works through the weeks.
Its not fair on the kids either so im trying to stick with it

Just keep an eye on your temp hun.
I'm glad you stood up for yourself with your mum. You need to have your time too and you are trying to look after your pop too.
I hope she stops ignoring you and starts listening to you.
