Well.. i cant seem to find it. Im still looking through the links etc but cant seem to find it @Former-Member she usually gets back to me within an hr or so, so will send her an email.

@outlander - email her hun. Just say that you had an appointment with her by phone at this time, and have been waiting for more than 2hours past that appoint8time. While you understand she may have been caught up in an emergency, you would like to have some idea if she is going to call today or do you need to rearrange another appointment

I found she works at a drs surgury as well but only 2 days a week and thr rest is private practice. I gave the centre a call but they cant give out details only make appts @Sans911 @Former-Member @Former-Member so ill send her the email and hopefully ahe gets back to me soon. Its now been 2 hrs. Thanks for the tips will send it now..

I'm not up-to-date with what the call is about, so I don't have much advice; 1. You can only say what you can say, 2. I think it's best to say the truth 
Other than that, when it comes to 'what to say' . . . I'm pretty useless 😉
Don't stress about finding the phone number, I just think it's bad business sense not having your contact ph no readily available, also not the best care . . . for your clients to be able to contact you - could cause an anxiety attack trying to find the number! 🙂

The call was kinda of like a little introductory session before making an appt @Former-Member not a great deal of psychs do that so taking it as a good sign. Ive just sent an email as explained as well as asked to make another appt.

I sent an email and she already returned it. She said she had called quite a few times but no answer. She then said she had been ringing the wrong number and apologised. Ahe asked when she is able to ring today. I said i have to leave at 12 oclock so before then is fine if not im home after 330.
Just waiting on a response back.

Yes it was good getting a response, it didn't mind waiting but when i have things to do makes it harder to wait around.
I have to go out pretty much now so she knows that i wont be able to answer the phone but am avaliable after 330 @Former-Member so hopefully throughout that time we can make an appt if not ill just have my phone with me anyway and will answer it. This arvo is mostly paper stuff for pop and the kids pony club papers and uniform needs ( to put their order in).

Goodness I'd mind waiting 2 hours Claire @outlander ! Particularly after I'd had trouble making contact!! I might look like a frightened rabbit, or an emotional zombie . . . or a hysterical wreck on the outside, what-ever's happening at the time 😉 - but I'm still a cranky old woman on the inside most of the time 😉 🙂
It makes me cranky that you've had to wait so long, when it's so difficult to contact this doctor to make an appointment in the first place & that it was due to no fault on your behalf!
I hope she has the decency to call you prompty after 3.30pm. I think it makes me cranky that if a client misses an appointment they get cancelled, but if a doctor misses an appointment your lucky to get an apology!!
Good luck with all the paperwork . . . aauugghh!! I hate paperwork!!! My child recently got the grandbabies back in school, it costs them $100's almost $1000's, 4 kids in school - 3 in high school this year {the eldest grandboy had to have a laptop computer!!!}
