I spoke to my psychologist today. I expressed my concern that I didn't have an appointment for the next 5 weeks. She is going away but not for that long. She has made some times avaliable for me.
That made me feel better today. Made me feel like someone wants to help me, wants to be there for me.
Made today a little more bearable.

im really glad that your psych has made time for you @Snowie I know changing to her wasn't an easy choice at all but im hoping this will be the start of something positive for you. theres often bad news when it comes the mh system so its great to hear this

I know the existence you are going through is so trying and you feel no one cares about you. That might be so in your real life, but here you are valued, you are something, you are worthy. Feel the arms of love around you from here. I understand that doesn't make things better in your life, but know that real people care about you. I honestly cant do nothing right. Everyone's always angry at me. Today its because im looking after other peoples horses.
It feels like im constantly being watched. I put a post on fb the other day asking a question about a service i was needing so looked for reccomendations and straight away msgs from mum asking why etc. Today i liked a post but turned out to be hacked so got a msg from sister saying family member was hacked and i said yeh i know and comeback was well then whyd you like the post.
I dont have any privacy anymore because pop now likes to go into my room now too.
Its not what i need on top of everything else. Atm i just want to sleep until that 'one day' comes.
