Think its been building up and today that fine strand i had left has snapped.

Its hard when your not welcomed anywhere but you also have no where else to go.
Ive had the kids this evening and mums bf friends are down and staying at their house for a few nights. They were judging me and i could hear bits and pieces of what they were saying about me ans being sarcastic with some things and then the bf walks in and no even a hi. More just they (the friends) couldve taken care of the kids and when i tried to speak all i got was 'bye' 'Bye' 'bye'
My house doesnt feel like a home anymore. My empty room matches the way my soul feels. I self harmed for the first time in quite a while and feel even more dissapointed in myself now (no medical attention required) i dont know what im doing anymore, every day just seems to be isolating and defeating.

Oh @outlander I'm so sorry you have self harmed again. I'm even more sorry that you felt so low that you needed to do that. There really is little I can say. But I hear all that you just said, and I care very much.
