Its good therapy I find @Peri as I can get totally engrossed in it. As I do also with sketching and painting. If you are interested I can tag you to the craft thread here which has a number of great diamond painting works from another member here. @Gazza75 got me interested in it after seeing some of his.

I think an important thing to remember here @outlander is that you only FEEL broken. You aren't actually broken. Being overwhelmed can make you feel broken, as can having a low self esteem. You have been dealing with so much lately, its little surprise you are feeling swamped. And for some reason you cannot see what the rest of us do .. that you are such a wonderful young woman.
I need to head off to bed now, and I hope you too can head off and attempt to get some sleep. Often after a decent sleep, things dont seem quite so bad.
