Sorry I ducked and run. I had a phone call to work out plans today @outlander.
Ugh and hugs for feeling physically off. You know that time not long ago when I said I was kind of looking forward to having a return of normal when it comes to my cycle? I sit eating my words this morning. Very blegh and ugh feeling here too.
I forgot it's still school where you are. Do you enjoy mowing? It's one I enjoy when I get to, though tricky when you're feeling yuck. Lol to the hook calling!

Hello @outlander
You must be feeling quite numb..in shock after hearing a diagnosis finally after so long..
As others have said...
You have not caused this...
medical conditions diagnosed mostly have no explanation of why...
often diagnoses are described as being within a certain percentage of the population...sometimes gender based..
other diagnoses are described as being in the rare category...again often no understanding of how or why..
I had severe endometriosis and had surgery to remove what they considered to be a tumour over 20 years ago..it was not a tumour it turned out to be an endometrium...a mass that had grown on the outside of one of my ovaries and fallopian tubes...these were removed along with the mass..
I have not heard of PCOS and looked it up..
I suggest that any questions or doubts that you have you write down and ask your gynaecologist rather than looking at dr google or asking of other's experiences..which we all can fall into so easily..
I do get the unsettled feeling that you are experiencing...a human reaction...understandable and not to be concerned about as in the feeling itself...
as for work and cleaning up...
be firm and only do the absolute necessary..
don't feel guilty either..
you have been there for so many whilst being so unwell for some time now...
seriously outlander...you have to start putting yourself first now...your body needs you to do this for you..
as for asking questions...well done I say...
ask away...
a sign of inner strength...courage and intelligence..
stay safe...hope to talk to you before you go away...not sure what date that is...
love Sophia 💜
