I'm glad you got a few things worked out today @outlander It seems like you have been busy but got a lot accomplished.
Hopefully the loan comes through and that will put your mind at ease a bit more.

I am ok @outlander Had a tricky morning but the afternoon was a bit better.
I have my psych appt. tomorrow. I am thinking about changing psychs. As much as I like this one and feel comfortable, I think I need a psych that specialisers in cptsd and trauma work. We have spoken about me changing psychs before and I think if I want to improve at all I need to do something about it. I know it will be a big change and it means getting used to and comfortable with a new psych. It is a big decision, not one that I am taking lightly and has been in my mind for a few weeks now.
My psych has already recommended someone for me so I might have to take the chance.
Sorry for the blurt!!

I will speak to my psych about it tomorrow @outlander
It means telling my story to a new person and having to build a new relationship with them. I think that will be the hard part.
I need to do something different. What I'm doing at the moment is not working.
