Hi @Appleblossom 💕

Very tired @outlander . My husband has majorly disturbed sleeping (non-sleeping) habits and they affect all of us in the household, to varying degrees and circumstances. He is not a quiet house possum.

Re: rough time

Mm thats not very good @Faith-and-Hope lack of sleep esp when caused by others is hard. Do you think you'll get few hours of sleep tonight?
Is the sleeping disturbances a new thing for mr.?

Re: rough time

Heading to bed now @outlander , and will hopefully sleep through his first couple of wakings through the night.

He is sleeping elsewhere in the house, but he prepares mini-meals for himself during the night, and makes a lot of noise, turning on bright lights in the process as he isn’t seeing well either.

The lights don’t affect me where I am, but they are right outside where D2 sleeps with a glass door and only a sheer curtain. It’s the clanking if a spoon in a glass that you can hear right through the house and often wakes me up.

Then there is 3am breakfast, again with loud clanking spoon, and around 6am he brings his washing basket of clean clothes into the bathroom on the other side of “my” room, scuffing his feet loudly enough on the carpet to ..... 🎶 ...wake me again .....

Sometimes I am tired enough to sleep through all of it. Not so last night, unfortunately.

No, it’s not something new, since the event 10 years ago that set the whole pattern of eccentric food management, excessive exercise, disrespect of

interpersonal relationship boundaries, fixation in security, mood swings, and germophobia in motion.

Re: rough time

@Faith-and-Hope i wondered if mr would be willing to use plastic spoons either the more sturdy ones or even the cheap plastic ones that are generally used at events to help reduce that clanking noise that disturbs the whole house?
