Not so overwhelmed today, but still lacking in energy and emotionally flat. I don't know sometimes what I'm supposed to feel each day. I just know that I really don't want to be me atm. Burying my head in the sand and ignoring the world seems like a pretty good option.

Sometimes that is a good option to just get through @Sans911 
It is good you are not feeling as overwhelmed today - that at least helps you get through a bit easier. Hearing you though about the lack of energy and emotionally flat - was much the same for most of the week myself and it doesn't help in getting the things done we need to. On that note - have you managed anymore of your assignment today or has today been a write off?

I went to a mh forum this morning @Zoe7 which I was initially looking forward to, but I sat with a table of people who knew each other but didn't really engage very well with me in the activity, and the forum didn't inspire me that much. That took until just after lunch. I then had to go & pick something up. By the time I got home, cleaned up a little bit, went for my volunteer walk & got back, the laptop hasn't been opened. And now I can't be bothered. Sorry for the long explanation.

Long explanation is quite okay @Sans911 - if it helps get some of it out then that is a good thing - and I am more than happy to listen Hon 
It is frustrating when that happens with something you are looking forward to - not very kind of those people not to include you - you would think they would be more accommodating to someone they didn't know amongst a group that did know each other - a bit angry about that for you actually - but it shows what kind of people they are and is no reflection on you Hon.
Tomorrow is another day @Sans911 Hoping you can open your laptop early and get on top of it a bit. Warm thoughts coming your way - will be very much sending you happy, productive vibes for tomorrow

Yes I did @Snowie & the weather was nice, but not nice dealing with the traffic. And honestly I could sleep for a month right now.
