@Sans911 do you have much on tomorrow?

Re: rough time

Yeah I'm quite busy tommorow @outlander

I'm hosting a crochet & knitting voluntary group in the morning in a cafe. Then I've picked up another shift at the op shop in the afternoon while I'm on a uni break.

Plus I have meditation in the evening.

What about you?

Re: rough time

Busy day for me too but monotonous @Sans911 appt, kids in the morning and a few hrs in the arvo, pick up a bed, horses and im also picking up an essential oil roller bottle in the arvo.

Im finding the constant pain and aches the past 2 days and worse tonight is becoming quite distressing so may not be doing to much else.

Re: rough time

I remember I had constant abdominal and chest pains plus reflux while I waited for my gallbladder to be taken out. It was so depressing, painful, frustrating and debilitating at the same time. I really feel for you. I gather you've probably tried heat packs and pain patches?

Re: rough time

That wasnt have been nice to go through @Sans911 i get really bad reflux even on meds and thats bad enough let alone the rest. Its been mostly my teeth and my previous ankle and my hand/wrist/arm injury acting up. I know you understand those sorts of injury/dental pains too. But the past 2 days ive been getting quite awful stabbing achy kidney/back through to my hip pain. Just so achy all over really. Hopefully its not an oncoming infection but ill get the dr to check in the coming days if it hasnt eased but the last 2 times i had the same thing but no infections. Strange.

What are pain patches? Are they like those heat patches? Ive tried different thing like meds and heat packs and baths but when some things flare up not much really seems to help except abit of rest and just riding it out.

Re: rough time

Yeah the pain patches are essentially heat patches. You can buy them otc from the chemist. Sounds like you're doing everything you can to relief the pain anyway. Sometimes massaging some essential oil that's been mixed in a plain moisturiser can help. Like lavender, tea tree, rosemary or chamomile.

Re: rough time

I hadnt thought to put oils into a moisturiser @Sans911

Do you think i could use abit of the oil from the roller bottle and put it into a moisturiser to try it out or well the same blend? I think she said its a Doterra Ice Blue blend with frankinsense and something else i cant remember. Or is it better to just use a specific one rather then a blend?
