the days been abit busy @Snowie and tomorrows looking busier with me having to squishy everything in tomorrow. im not so great but i dont think theres all that much i can do about it atm except to try and ride it out abit.

Yeah I get that @outlander Sometimes we just need a break from everyday life. Feels like it never ends. Can you do something for yourself tonight? A bit of self care perhaps.
I am happy to keep you company here too 
Spent most of the day trying to distract myself. SH for the first time today since I got out of hospital. SI has been high too. Day is almost over with.
