That’s good then @Sans911 . I possibly said it in my head in a lectury, cheeky way. Possibly with my hands on my hips and a grin so you’d know I was being cheeky, but the message was that you should be here and deserve the same as you would give others. 😳😘

i sometimes cant wait for him not to be home too just because he has a difficult personality in general and he is judgemental, this time was quite scary and distressing too. whole new learning curve ball.
ive been watching my tv show that ive been wanting to watch but havent been able to. the deteroration happened rather acutely and im hoping in the few days hes away now he will come back down to earth abit. there has been absolutly no breathing space which included not being able to shower either unless someone was on the phone talking, or someone physically here which isnt always possible. sleep non existant with needing reassurance every 5 minutes.
the aggression was the part that was concerning me but was short lived thankfully-or at least for now.
im on edge abit because the nights have been the worst but i havent had any phone calls yet and he sounded much better then earlier today so my fingers are crossed this is a good sign.
im tired but i think being overtired is making it even harder to sleep. im ok being here though and watching my tv show for a while longer. ive had a nice shower and now rugged up under the covers.

It sounds very hectic and anxiety provoking @outlander . You have more patience than me I think. I’d struggle with that immensely. I guess one day I’ll have to go through it. My parents are not far off being 80 but still physically and mentally fitter than me. They are still very independent and active in the community.
Im glad you are showered and rugged up with something to watch. I’m about to head off to bed I think too. Here’s hoping you sleep well.

i managed some sleep- most of it on and off but im only just getting out of bed. i have things i need to do today but ive decided that most things can wait except for abit of washing and the horses later on this arvo. im very much struggling to stay awake and to get motivated so ive started small and made myself a cup of tea and put another episode of my tv show.
im feeling abit under the weather but i expect that is caused by the last few days and with the dust settling abit here its all sinking in the extent of some things.
