It does make you feel violated @outlander
I walked Xmas morning, and the boyfriend of a women I worked with pulled up.Only met him once before when he pulled up and I talked but don't particularly like him.He was going out camping and invited me out that afternoon when she'd be there.I felt nauseated when he said this as I had a fair bit to do with her and basically she has a mouth on her from me to where you are,to have a conversation with her I might as well put it in the local paper and spending Xmas day on my own looked good.I said "I think I will pass, have a nice Xmas!" and walked off.Didnt give a hang what he thought .
We are all bad judges of character at times @outlander,like that bloke I had last year wholesale intentions are not genuine, just need to practice "letting it go",even though at times when down they haunt you.
Please try to relax otherwise you will be full of ulcers and that won't help.

Morning NN @Former-Member ![]()
me too, the mods do a really good job behind the scenes dont they.
Yeh with the breath test apparently to get the sample they need you blow into a balloon.. im not sure what happens after that though. And yeh I dont know why they want the blood test however I need the bloods done for my liver so may as well put it in with that and anything else they need to do while im there. I havent signed up for organ donation, every time I go to do that something else goes wrong but I will be. I wont need anything once im gone and if it helps save someone else then taken whatever they need. Lots of things happening for you too hey.
I can eat small amounts of some things but nothing heavy so sticking to light meals and fresh fruits and veg for now. Even drink set it off at the moment and my safe drinks are water, small amounts of milk and a cup of tea here and there. The tablets are working though for the heartburn, im not getting so much crap coming up and its not burning but the stomach cramps are really bad which is making me think its not an ulcer but never had one to really know either. The pain is sharp and near the gallbladder but not localised so much it just gets more pain there when the rest settles but when whatever is flaring in there it makes me literally fall and curl up (thats new it wasnt like that 2 days ago). I told gp the symptoms though but this pain is worsening. I see gp again on wednesday so will talk to her about it then as well.
Yes, its a very risky medication however its suppose to work really well but like others can take 4 weeks to see an effect before increasing it. Ive only been on it for almost 2 weeks. Its abit scary waiting and wondering what sort of damage could be happening but hopefully it goes ok.
When the pain comes on really suddenly I cant move out of that position, not for anything. I have a heat pack, I find cold doesnt work on me, but its been so hot here that I think im having like 3 showers a day because im dripping in sweat. Though yesterday was only 27. my bed does have quite a lot of pillows but because I toss and turn most of the night esp on the worse nights most end up on the floor because I feel too closed in or hot so ive taken quite a lot off. Think theres only 4 now. One on either side of me and 2 under my head. (or 3 atm)
I wasnt fighting for these relationships, they kind of just flowed. Thats why I thought it was going well but guess not.
thank you for being here and helping too ![]()

hmm some people hey @Former-Member no wonder it makes it hard to trust people. that was a good way to get out of it and without further conversation. im trying to relax but i get so anxious not doing anything. i am still really tired and hopefully mum will be home earlier so i can go back to bed. i went and picked the kids up but the bumps in the road aggrivated the pain. the more the bumps the more i tensed up which made it worse but its a natural response to pain. am just watching movies today and flicking on and off here to pass some time for now.
hoping you have a good day today ![]()
