Re: rough time

i also emailled 3 psychologists to see if they are taking new clients, and how they work etc. i can generally get a feel for people by the way they write. they all seem to have a few different therapy types including cbt, dbt, some have act and schema therapy and one has IPT whatever that is as well as solution based therapy.

Re: rough time

@outlander - yep I've never been more physically unwell than the last couple of years. It's its not mental health issues it's physical. And it's not only debilitating at times, but utterly exhausting.

I'm reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. It's a bit different but it's not a bad read at all. I'm going to vacuum my friend's car in a bit. She has children (the ones I'm taking care of Mon/Tues) so the car is filthy inside.

I'm pretty annoyed with my house mate (yes again) as I let her use my friend's car for work. I've not told my friend. But my house mate was going to fill up on fuel, but hasn't done so today & I know she's working in an hour so it'll be unlikely. I have no money at all today. So I'm faced with telling her the truth or lying and saying I used it.

Grrr @Sans911 ..... can you let your housemate know that she is compromising you with your other friend ?

Re: rough time

@Faith-and-Hope - I like my house mate, but she either is ignorant of others circumstances or feelings attached to those circumstances. It leaves me in such a quandary. I really would like to live on my own. But I know too that wouldn't be good for my mental health as I would surely withdraw and isolate. I've sacrifice and suffered much stress due to her failing to pay rent or other expenses bills on time, despite the fact she is working. I feel really used sonetines

Re: rough time

Thanks @outlander
@Sans911,don't cover her a**,its disrespectful to you and your friend. In all honesty, your friend lent that car to you, I don't think you should be jeopardising a friendship.
