Yucky pucky water!
Part of my new years resolution was to drink more water so here I go I am guzzelling it down by the litre and it tastes revolting!!! That is all I wanted to say on the matter.:(

@TAB So what will you take though if you cant sleep properly? Are there any others with less side effects?

@Former-Member I used to drink 3 litres of it when I was an exercise junkie but stopped when I got sick. I wont go down that route again but if I can make the 10 glasses a day I am a very happy pea :). Love to you Sherry, hope your day goes okay for you xx

Haha, I can see that you will keep me on track with my good exercise intentions, @Bunniekins. Excellent.
I bought the swimmers online and they will probably take a week or so to get here. Also I'm still sunburnt on my shoulders from the walk a few days ago, so no going swimming for a little bit. But I will try to get out for a beach walk again today at low tide. This time I will wear more protective clothing. Didn't do that the other day because of the sweltering heat but today is milder.
