What you are doing for you son is remarkable. He is extremely lucky to have such a caring and loving mother. Hopefully one day he will realise it if he hasn't already

im holding steady @Bunniekins had a good chat with a few memebers earlier today, and have been working on my self care book.

@outlander Good on you! I thought when I read you were writing a book you decided to write a novel lol

if only i was that clever @Bunniekins no this one is Sans idea of a self care and coping book. helps with my strategies, and self soothing as well
