Yucky pucky water!
Part of my new years resolution was to drink more water so here I go I am guzzelling it down by the litre and it tastes revolting!!! That is all I wanted to say on the matter.:(

@NikNik Sorry NikNik it has gone off track ... just concerned about TABs. Will suggest another place to him.
Thanks for asking re NY resolution. It is going well. Am sticking to water, good eating and exercise. So I have to say I am seeing a difference. 🙂

While my alarm isn't working anymore, I have found something to make it a little easier for myself - soda water !!!

Okay it is now day 20 and I looked in the mirror last night after a shower and I thought omg my body looked worse than it did before I started my healthy eating regime. I checked out what was going on on the net and yes it is common for that to happen .. lovely .... Anyway I thought I would show you all a pair of pants I used to wear a year ago which I can no longer wear. I am aiming to be able to wear them again this winter.

That would feel pretty disheartening for me to look in the mirror and think my body looked worse. Are you feeling better/healthier for it still?

..Oh ..stop it .. @Bunniekins .. bit in same situation .. again ..re proper look(rare) in mirror last few days. You will get there. Just persist/ramp things up maybe 😀

@CheerBear Yes well I am healthier so I suppose it will all happen in time ... All the fat is moving south though oh well ... gp never surrenders!!
