@Chris I am a landscaper well doing my apprenticeship but almost qualified

Is it the beach walking on the sand. Feeling your feet sink into it and the cool water lap over your feet
The sun is shining on your face. Its warm and theres a gentle breeze.

I have three sons. A bit older than you. But i know oh to well that young men need to know that i care. You can be my son too if you would like.
I think that your sensory garden is a wonderful idea. You could build one for yourself too.
I know it helps me to go out into the garden and take the time to litrally smell the roses.
Once upon a time i had an extensive garden along with chooks and ducks. I use go outside early before i got the kids up for school ket the ducks and chooks out. And i would wander around with my coffee in hand.

Im happy your still with me. Im an old chook myself and not very computer literate. So if it seems ive gone quiet, im just trying to type!
Any way the ducks would quack and chooks scratch around where ever i was looking for juicy worms(not me looking for worms , the chooks) i use to let them all into the front garden , and the ducks would have a great time eating the snails out of the agapanthus.
