Let yourself sink into my arms and hold you tight.
Do youhave a blanket you can wrap yourself in and a pillow to hug?
It can help sometimes when you feel so alone
Do you have some soothing music you can put on?
One step at a time .

Hey @Former-Member I am still here following along. I know you miss your mum and your siblings but you have been doing so well getting through these hard times and talking about how you are feeling. Both @Chris and I are here with you and listening

I have a nineteen year old grandaughter who has recently moved out of home. I know she is finding it difficult to cope with right now.
I know that doesnt help you. Your situation is different.
But i want you to know that i care very much about you as i do her.
