@Shaz51 I sat & moisturized my face & put light foundation on with a hint of lipstick, & ate oats with walnuts, strawberries, stevia, & lite Soy milk for breakfast. I never wear makeup or moisturize my skin. I never eat a proper breakfast, just a hot drink & 1 piece of fruit. as I have lost interest in myself due to the chronic pain & isolation. I am trying to start putting my life in right order again, because I fear if I do not. I am going to just fade away. So I took a positive first step this morning.

Well I did washing. Cleaned and tidied and mowed lawn unexpectedly in afternoon cos sick of looking at it @Shaz51 .. but that was yesterday.. lol

Made eggs for brekkie, went for a walk, got a coffee, cleaned the house and just walked down to get a slurpie with my girl.
Might watch a movie now

We went to a free performance this afternoon- two people from our town with a circus background doing a short comedic play that included lots of acrobatics. Good fun. 🙂
And it's raining, which is great for the garden. Everything has been soooo dry.

I reported a water leak I noticed on way home from shops on fb. Could hear it as slowed for intersection then looked
