Hi again, Thats good that you're not giving up on the Support group. You have both now, Forum & support group. I have attended afew Support groups, some were good for me at that time. I made some interesting friends. Unfortunately, have Chronic pain, from body damage, & a Major Operation on my Spine, last year, changed my life dramatically. Thank GOD for the Forum, its been my escape from being a hermit. 😞

I will be able to decide this year, about what is best suited to my situation. Then take action, & start baby steps to building a new & healthier life style with less running around, but more social time. I have been very lucky in many ways, as things could have been much worse for me, had the Operation not been successful. 😞

And so another weekend has gone by!

I'm in a really good place at the moment, and there are lots of positives to share..

My positive today is that I finished a terrific (lengthy) book. I've only just recently taken up reading again. It's a great pastime that I haven't always been able to indulge in so I'm wrapped.

My positive for the day is Taking my mum to Bingo for a couple of hours out of the house -- we may win something or we may not win anything
