Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Yes ..... serious brain fog when I was writing that @Catcakes ...... of course you do .....
I am packing up to head back over west again shortly, and my head is all over the place ....... but I was thinking of you and your mum today, hoping it was okay.
Also had a call from a girlfriend in another state with a large family, and huge issues. My mind is with her too ......

And we have just had a revolving door or flight changes ......
My Dad is driving in from the country, which is a long distance for his age, and flight changes meant him coming for two days alll that way, instead of three ...... so some of us are staying with the original day, but not time, and then the others coming the next day ..... and a couple of the kids are going away that weekend ..... only now our stay is extending by another almost-week ..... so that doesn’t matter ...... and our Orthodox weekend is on the other weekend, so now I have to prepare to be there instead of here .......
Scrambled brain. That’s why I forgot momentarily that you are in Melbourne too .....
