Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Just don’t be rude when you talk to me, I get enough of that from the person I care for.

So you are prejudging me @SleepyPanda. You haven’t seen me mention the moderator to alert them of someone in crisis? And you haven’t seen me listening to others, giving self care suggestions, empathising, or joking?
