Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

My partner would have trouble getting there at short notice but the triage system wouldn’t favour him anyway, thanks for the suggestion @Faith-and-Hope

I have been there myself and every day is different , what we feel today , we won`t feel like that tomorrow
when I first started here , I used to get quiet and leave the forum ( do you believe that )
