Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Sometimes it’s hard to know whether it’s okay to ask.
I feel for you, just by the fact that it’s “not good”.
Was it his knee ?

Wont let me say what his problem is @Faith-and-Hope but needs further testing to determine reason for losing large ants of red stuff from bowel

Take it that he is still in hospital ?
Is someone there for you ?
Are the kids supportive enough or can you call in a friend to be with you ?

They let him come home once it settled @Faith-and-Hope with instructions to call an ambulance if it happens again. Back in for tests next week. Kids not around.

That is so frightening ..... were they able to talk you though possible causes to help you prepare for next week ? It should be somewhere on a spectrum, right ?

No drama @Catcakes - just trying to help you get a handle on how everything 'works' - hope it helps you understand a little better 
I hope everything is ok with your hubby's tests - sounds like a very, very stressful and worrying situation for you both
