Re: :/
I dunno.
Thurs night was bad, then Friday was worse and wasn't helped by the lack of sleep on Thurs.
Annoyed that the mindspot person didn't get back to me this week after not answering my question last week.
Annoyed at myself for being too different. That other people can talk seemingly effortlessly while my brain's blank, drawing blood from a stone.
Not worth making decisions when I feel like that. But I just feel like such a physically and mentally weak person.

Like = hearing you @TheVorticon ......
Do you think that maybe you are being harder on yourself than you would be towards somebody else ?

Re: :/
Not really @Faith-and-Hope, I'd be pretty pissed off with anyone else who was like this.

I can hear that you’re angry @TheVorticon .... I tend to do something physical like going for a walk when I am angry .... it burns up the adrenaline that is produced and tends to wind down the angry feelings.
Going for a hot shower can help too.
There is sorting out to be done, but angry feelings can cloud the issues, as you suggested above, so maybe deal with the anger management side of things first ?
The. Maybe you can start to plan to make some changes in your life that feel more productive / suited to how you want to be and what you want to do with your life.

Well I'm not acutely angry @Faith-and-Hope so there's no excess adrenaline, except for reading your post as if it was meant to have an accusitory tone.

Re: :/
I did the mindspot course or one of them, i only communicated by email, some of the stuff in the course was helpful but it probably wasnt a great time situationally for me to be trying to make changes right then... I'm looking at doing an ACT online course through the happiness trap website but it costs... and not sure i have the energy to do it right now and dont want to waste my money (im good at excuses at the moment huh!)... Hope the person from mindspot gets back to you asap.
Take care

No probs @Faith-and-Hope. Tone can be tricky to read when it's just text, sorry for misinterpreting.
