I made music in 2 beautiful churches today. One was Uniting and the other Anglican.

I am grateful for the gift of so music wonderful music and people with whom to share it.

Loved your unpacking of the Hebrew. @heartathome I used to do that when I was writing and at uni. It gave me a profound sense of the intricacies and nuance of languages and different translations.

@REDLINEZ750 @Realness @tyme @ENKELI

@DownMoreThanUp It does sound more important for you and your wife to work through the not so good things that have been bothering you both, rather than making it only about being together or separate.

Re: Christian Chat

@Appleblossom Absolutely this is how we both understand this separation. i have to heal where my triggers still are, and where merging has not yet finalized to finalize that on my own in safety. For me to re-learn to understand my psychotic tendencies merged in alters an empath, instead of keep differentiating between my alters. (Doing counseling about all that every week) And my wife from her side as well also on her ownm and so in safety. And after this has completed see if getting back together would be want we still both want. We do very much at the moment.

@REDLINEZ750 @Realness @tyme @heartathome @ENKELI

i had lunch with them today. It was good to see my wife and our daughter who stays with our Down Syndrome daughter on the Weekends. Otherwise she be home with us, for we have no paid workers to take care of her at her house for those days.

i suggested we buy a caravan for me to move into, so she can come back home. We have almost 13 acres here so plenty of room to set up a caravan. This why she would not need to feel pressured to come back not ready, and we could easily meet and discuss things when we need to. Not sure how she feels about this yet, but she said she would consider it for she keeps having to move homes for people want lone time with family and things.

We know we both have to be ready, and neither are at the moment. And we are both working hard on it on our own steam. That is what this is all about. i got too used her not taking care of me, for she missed out big time on much personal care and help with her trauma. The trauma she has been through me going psychotic on her, many times in my raging later all these years ago, without any help, support or counselling - just a here have him back from the doctors at the time. Crazy stuff really. That has never been fixed or taken care of.

So me merging in my raging alter over the last 6 months, brought all of that back up for her, as well as me, from my side of the coin. We had already been praying a lot and discussing everything together trying to deal with it, but the more my past raging later merged into my daily life, the worse my wife's triggers became! At times also triggering me, or the other way around. So although we love one another dearly we saw we were not getting anywhere, and even with our best intentions kept on hurting and restricting one another where we both were stuck in our own lives unable to help the other.

This is why things are the way they are to try and fix it. The plan is i merge and disappear as much as possible my past raging alter myself. And she learns to deal with and overcome the trauma of the past. And to stop always worrying about me laying having to lay down her life for me when unwell. So she learn to love herself the wonderful person she is where she has not been able to do because of the selfless times she took care of me. And so she hopefully also learn to love and trust me the person i turn out to be merged as one in my alters. For apart of each other neither have to feel insecure or fearful things would again go like 21 or more years ago, no matter where we are at, until we can find safety being together whatever happens

About 17-18 years ago i wrote a poem called to the evil ones. After Jesus showed me how it was not me struggling with sin that was the problem in my life, but me heeding The wicked/Voices/Thoughts lying to my mind about everything all the time.

The poem is huge and ought to be in centred for it is a shape poem - a massive nuclear explosion! To make a long story short, at the bottom of that poem i wrote a little verse predicting what life would be like without those evil voices and thoughts bombarding my spinning head all the time.

Now today while i was in my paranoid alter for the first time since my merge with my raging alter. (i think i was because i had a really painful kidney stone last night, and feared i was going to have be hospitalised, i know i freaked that really badly. And the whole night i remained in that anxious mood.)

Yet at the time i wrote that poem all these years ago, i had no understanding of much i do today. Yet today i reckon i lived the beginning of the ending of that poem! For i saw me, in my lost lamb, walk as one with me the animal of prey always after my life!

We used to be sworn enemies within. Yet today completely at peace together in God's grace ands Jesus' Kingship over my life. And then also to see that in my past paranoid alter Jesus has already done so much more work in me, than He has in my raging one coming in last. (Humbling!!!) So i been thanking Jesus ever since He showed me this after i came home from my visit thanking Him in prayer.

i'll share you the bottom part of that poem.

As for me?
I shall finally break free,
and come and go as I like,
no more fear inside of me to strike.
Free from cruel imprisonments inwardly,
truly be as I was always destined to be.
A clear conscience - speaks of paradise,
shining like a star at night - I shall arise.
Genuinely the Lord's servant I shall be,
exulting The Way Jesus is also teaches me.
Lambs beside beasts of prey graze the field,
snake bites no longer poison yield.
I shall pick up my bed and walk,
no evil to my heart and mind to talk.
Receiving a kingship from eternity,
ruling my being in peace and prosperity.
This is what I pray will happen to my soul;
that God - The Father of Life - BE - All in All!

Come Lord Jesus, please come and collect The Chosen!

Not sure if you can read this on your devise but this is the complete poem of that time.

It's really good to hear from you @Realness

I'm looking forward to the book of James!

So, you've got one more Thursday Murder Club to read. How do you go sussing out the killer? I'm usually pretty spot on in the movies but books are different. They are much more detailed. Do they tell you who the murderer is at the beginning or is it a guessing game? Roughly how many pages in a book?

I remember you've spoken of your sister before, but I don't remember all of the conversation now. I'm glad you enjoyed the visit!

All is well in this neck of the woods! We have rain for the next two days now, so I'll miss out on my walks, which is disappointing. I do have a plastic poncho for the rain so I can use that if I get the desperate need to get out of the unit.

I hope you have a good day today! Much love 🙂 💜

Re: Christian Chat

1 Peter 5:7

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”

This verse comes from a letter written by the apostle Saint Peter to early Christians who were experiencing hardship, pressure, and uncertainty. Peter encourages them to stay humble, trust God, and rely on Him rather than carrying their burdens alone.

The word “cast” is very active. In the original Greek, the word is epiripsantes, which means to throw or place something onto something else. It paints a picture of deliberately placing your worries onto God, instead of holding onto them yourself. It’s not just thinking about letting go—it’s an intentional act of trust.

The word translated as “anxiety” comes from the Greek merimna, meaning cares, worries, or things that divide and distract the mind. These are the thoughts that weigh heavily on the heart and pull our attention in many directions.

Peter’s message is simple but powerful: God invites us to bring every worry to Him—not just the big crises, but the daily concerns, fears, and stresses.

The reason we can do this is in the second half of the verse: “because He cares for you.” This word for care (melei) expresses deep personal concern. It means that we matter to God individually; our struggles are not overlooked or insignificant.

So the verse is both an invitation and reassurance. We are invited to release our worries to God, and we are reassured that He is attentive and compassionate toward us. 💜

Re: Christian Chat

@heartathome A wonderful study, and us doing so, is the only way to experience The Peace that is beyond understanding. Where in our lives His loving truth take the place of our worries and insecurities.

Such are often hard lessons learned i reckon!

Twice Blinded

What destroyer, where would he be?
The deadly snake bite I didn't see!
Still part of myself was dragged away,
held captive there by wicked sway,
all the lies sown in my soul,
day by day taking control,
feeding my life lies and misery,
my good times became history.

Bringing thoughts and feelings around,
which are in no way sound,
rather inner kings cruel and strong,
those worldly ways so very wrong,
raising Babylon in all her might,
holding me captive in my fright,
denying grace to rule my ways,
mocking God in His face.

Horse hooves trampling my soul,
grass-hoppers devouring all,
scorpion stings stinging,
famine upon famine bringing,
brimstone burn everything to ash,
massive hailstones me to smash,
the darkness ever growing close,
for the goats got me by the nose.

So working for another's bread,
God's loving truth I forget,
thinking my world would always stink,
driving my good life to the brink,
yet there at the bottom of my might,
I finally began to see the light..,
..Jesus, whom I bring so much grief,
when I have that liar as my chief!

And so The Truth did shine on me!
His Spirit alive in my heart to see!
Oh what blinding light I saw there?
God's goodness displayed everywhere!
His love washing me white as snow!
His loving truth inside my life to flow!
Oh Lamb of God forever to be praised!
For from the dead I have been raised!

Sadly i have cycled in my low mood. i have freaked cycling in this mood for the last 4 weeks for i knew it would be almost impossible to survive. Cycling suddenly into my paranoid alter after my kidney stone scare on Saturday, after i do not know how long ago i been in this alter like that, and then me freaking my wife leaving like i had not done yet. Even straight after i seeing her yesterday. Luckily my wife helped me right through it yesterday chatting on online. For she knew what state i was in - i cannot hide my emotional state from her, even if i tried, but she was great yesterday like always.

So when i woke up at first during the night i felt much better. i knew she was going to leave for Perth. Good on her catching up with her sister, who only recently lost her wayward husband dying on her, i had not at all upset about her going to visit her, she gets on well with her sister.

As a matter of fact last night i was pleased we both have made so much progress, as we both witnessed to each other meeting yesterday at our daughters place.

Yet then when i went back to bed and fell asleep i awoke deeply depressed because of a nightmare trying to grab my wife in my desperation, but finding myself utterly alone. In my nightmare my wife told me that she would not ever come back, for she did not love me any more, because of all those (IN MY DREAM NOT SO,) silent reasons she had left me for!

It was shocking friends how all the self hate poured back on me. All the things i thought i had overcome years ago. Every argument we ever had seemed to be poured back on top of me. Also all the dislike and hate i have experienced over the years because my family had to leave me a psychotic person. The worst part, and my deepest shame at the time, i fully agreed with them all! Completely broken to find myself being like this, for the last 30 plus years i simply squandering my wife's love my depression.

This is where Jesus arrested me! And His loving truth cut me out of my evil mindset. Telling me from here on only upwards with Him, with the same sweep taking all the hurt, rejection and self hate from me. Opening the Word to 1 Corinthians 15 - and leading me away from holding onto my carnal bad life!

i know from experience that depression with Jesus is a school of learning suffering with dignity. However i have to admit i was deeply ashamed meeting Him there in my life this morning - again planning cold heartedly to hurt my wife more to stop hurting her.

How more upside can one understand things than that?

Psalm 70

Make haste, O God, to deliver me!
Make haste to help me, O Lord!

Let them be ashamed and confounded
Who seek my life;
Let them be turned back and confused
Who desire my hurt.
Let them be turned back because of their shame,
Who say, “Aha, aha!”

Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
And let those who love Your salvation say continually,
“Let God be magnified!”

But I am poor and needy;
Make haste to me, O God!
You are my help and my deliverer;
O Lord, do not delay.

Re: Christian Chat

Hi @heartathome ,

Thanks for your studies! It's lovely to read them each day.

Today I spent almost the whole day reading the fifth and last Thursday Murder Club mystery. Each one has had 400 pages. I'm not very good at working out who is guilty. But that's okay. This one was not as good as the last three but I was glued to it anyway.

On YouTube there's a review of the movie. The review said the movie is disappointing compared with the book(s). It is on Netflix. Maybe I will give it a miss.

Tomorrow I will continue on with the James summary. Sorry my priorities weren't quite right today.

Great to hear all going well for you.

Re: Christian Chat

I like this verse as I'm in the old age group! 😁

Proverbs 31:30

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;

but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

Book of Proverbs 31:30 comes from the last chapter of Proverbs, and it’s a little different from the earlier parts of the book.

Who wrote it?

Most of the Book of Proverbs is traditionally connected to King Solomon, known for his wisdom.

However, Proverbs 31 specifically is attributed to King Lemuel.

Where did Lemuel get the words?

At the beginning of the chapter (Proverbs 31:1) it says the sayings were taught to him by his mother. So the wisdom likely comes from a mother instructing her son, who was a king.

Who were they talking about?

The famous section (Proverbs 31:10–31), where your verse comes from, describes “a woman of noble character.”

It’s not only instructions to women, but also a description of the kind of character that should be valued and honoured. It shows qualities like:

wisdom

kindness

strength

faith in God

care for family and community

In simple terms

A mother teaches her son (a king) what truly makes a woman worthy of praise — not just beauty, but character and faith. 💜

Re: Christian Chat

Wow. 400 pages is a read! I thought they may be the size of the old Mills and Boon books (short read). I haven't seen a movie that's as good as a book yet! Is there another book series that you're interested in? Are they a Christian read? The last series I read was the Secret Seven in the 70's by Enid Blyton. Your mum would probably remember her.

I've been for my walk and coffee this morning and it poured two minutes after I got home. I love that God cares about the small things as well! 🙂

I hope you have a good day with your book @Realness xoxo
