@heartathome Yes of course does the Word of God teach this truth. Think here of the parable of the rich and poor man. Or if that is too spiritual for you as evidence, do ponder on Jesus calling our Heavenly Father The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Our Father is The God of The Living! Always has been, for it is His breath/Spirit that gives us our life spirit - our sense of self - our i am, a small version of The Great I AM ALL (true and good) life and existence proceeds from.

However not only from Scripture but also from real life experience do i know in Heaven we know each other and everyone knows you. Once many years ago, very overcome, and with only very little hope and trust in God's truth, Jesus took me up into Heaven with Him in my paranoid alter. An experience i at the time i did not understand as living the word as described in Revelation chapters 4 & 5, but later this became clear to me, the Spirit showing me, and having me relive the experience line for line. Teaching me at the same time to learn to heed the word (FIRST) in Spirit and never only literally.
Anyhow i experienced Heaven as everyone (who ever lived in God's truth/His Child) is with you as One, and you are with everyone as One. Not only people are you and you them all existence is you and you are all existence. There is no ranking in God, apart of The Father and The Son In Spirit but that is all of humanity as well.
Also not only are you in Heaven in the self, at the time, taken up into Heaven, but in Heaven we are in all the self that has been us in our past life, as well all the self we will be yet in the future, as such is living eternity in, and with Jesus/The Lamb as described in chapter 5 of the book of Revelation.(as well as Chapter 7 and again in chapters 20-22.)
An experience so good, that there are no words to describe what it is really like up there with Him. i do know that now i gnash my teeth in my raging alter, not believing the experience even causing myself in my paranoid alter much hardship denying myself the time Jesus had me spend with Him Upstairs. Branding myself psychotic. (Maybe you remember my poem 'The Least of my Existence', i posted it in a trigger warning some time back that is what the poem is really about - Jesus coming to pick me up and meeting/living our Heavenly Father in Spirit. ) i sure wanted to die the 'God experience' at the time, so i would never have to come back down here, but Jesus taught me faithfulness in the end, by giving it to me, so i will be eternally thankful He had me pick up myself in my other fallen selves/alters.
More and more Heaven is coming down to/into me, even as The Living Word takes over the places in my life once ruled by sin's misery.
Be of very good courage.
