Christian Chat

Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Hey @avant-garde ,

Having read the posts, I wonder if @ENKELI is sharing their observations that some people have their 'safe space' to share? Members often have these 'safe spaces' and sometimes when someone else posts whom they don't know well, it can be seen as confronting.

However, our role would be to support members to find a common ground. For example, some members have asked me not to tag them - I totally respect that. Other members have asked me not to 'support' their posts unless I respond - I respect that. If someone shares that they don't feel comfortable with me posting on their thread, I may be curious and ask questions, but I'd also respect their request unless I have been tagged in to respond.

On the other hand, the forums are an open community where all are welcome to post as long as it is within guidelines.

Happy for you to clarofy @ENKELI

@avant-garde , hope that helps a bit?

Re: Christian Chat

@tyme, appreciate your interpretation and no, I don't feel the need to clarify to @avant-garde

Their response I feel was confrontational and doesn't warrant a response.

@ENKELI

I am honestly just wanting to find out if my instincts of fear towards you are justified. The intention was by no means as confrontational, it is me just trying to determine how correct my instincts are.

Hey @avant-garde ,

From a moderator's perspective, the post did not appear to be targeted as it would've been removed. It was seen as feedback that we've since collated to help us make improvements.

Even from my own experience, I know there are many members who have their safe space. We've even encouraged it as it can eb a place for healing.

@ENKELI , if you don't feel comfortable, there is no need to respond.

@avant-garde , feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Re: Christian Chat

@REDLINEZ750 thanks for that. He was nice enough but only new to Australia so he doesn't yet have privileges to write scripts for opioid medications which is what I require. So I had to make another appointment for Monday and just have to try and manage pain/anxiety until then. Sigh.

Hope you're doing well my friend xo

Re: Christian Chat

Hi @heartathome , @DownMoreThanUp , @Appleblossom , @ENKELI , @tyme , @REDLINEZ750 , @MissGremlin , @AlwaysMyself ,

John 19

- Pilate has Jesus whipped.

- Pilate tries to free Jesus. "I find no grounds for charging Him."

- The Jews insist on crucifying Jesus.

- Jesus is crucified. JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.

- Jesus gives His mother to the disciple he loved. The disciple takes her into his home.

- Jesus has one last thing to do to fulfill all prophecy. He says, "I'm thirsty."

- When Jesus receives the sour wine he says, "It is finished."

- Jesus gives up His spirit.

- Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus bury Jesus.

"It is finished." Jesus completely does God's Will on earth. Jesus fulfills all prophecy about Himself.

Re: Christian Chat

@Realness I love reading your posts. This one particularly is so powerful. Why do we only hear the story of Jesus' resurrection around Easter?
Thanks for sharing once again xoxo
