I hope it didn't sound like I was putting any pressure on you to share more of your story @Realness ! It probably did! I didn't mean to! Go as slow as you like or not at all! It's totally up to you!

I haven't given my full story yet, only snippets. I don't think I ever will. I'd rather be able to relate to someone else instead. Telling my story would take a book!

I actually do have a book (I'd forgotten all about it) which is all my diaries throughout therapy (around 20 years' worth). I wouldn't know the first thing about getting it published, though.

My son put it on 'the cloud' for me, so I couldn't lose it. I hope to think God saved 'the book' as the flood took all my journals. In the meantime, it's somewhere in the cloud.

No, it wasn't you putting pressure on me. I just didn't sleep as well as I usually do because I was a bit stressed so I thought go slow with it.

That's wonderful that your 'book' was saved. It must have been horrible to lose your journals in the flood. I also don't know about how to get something published.

Not really well. Have cancelled next 2 organ playing dates on the roster, as feeling far too triggered around the dates. Mind you, for the last 3 years I have managed to play regardless of anniversaries or political issues, but I seem more vulnerable at the moment. Its been a hard 3 years. It seemed the responsible thing to do, to let go and let someone on the team do it. It was obvious I was not well today. Pain kept rising up. With me its not so much anger but pain. Like I was praising any who had done the slightest bit decent and saying good bye.

@DownMoreThanUp Hearing you about ambivalence re meds... and querying what is actually psychosis. I sense you are reasonably aware.

Jesus has taken me a very long way since last night. i'm very, very emotional, and not able to share anything right now. But know i love you deeply and thank Jesus He brought us together in our sufferings.
