Christian Chat

Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Yes, it is difficult to deal with the historical pain and suffering that people carry from wherever they have been. I do my silly quiet prayers for peace. I will keep all my mementos and books and pictures from the spiritual yearnings that bring out the best in people, like my Jewish, Islamic and Christian books, Orthodox icons, Buddhist and Confucian meditation bits and bobs and my 40-year-old wool woven prayer rug. What happened at Bondi will have ripple effects. I dont go into conspiracy theories too much, but I do know the truths that power deals are struck behind closed doors. Praying we find a way to walk through it in the best possible way for our nation.

@heartathome I love that picture. Tells a thousand words.

I have been asked to pray for people in Niger. There are many struggles in many parts of the world.

So many people across this world suffering for their faith in Jesus, and others for just being alive. Heart breaking really!

My prayers go out all the time to the hurting.......................just the thinking about people hurting, hurts, them hurting.

Lets all pray that our Lord bring relief in a BIG Way to all those suffering life!

Would be my dream come true, and i'm sure Jesus' too!

Re: Christian Chat

@Realness @DownMoreThanUp @Appleblossom @Shaz51 @heartathome I have been catching up on all posts and also feeling the mass shooting at Bondi.

A few things happening with me so again I am going to be away for a little while. First and least is an assessment I have to complete for my studies. Next, I had 2 major fillings on Friday and then 3 broken teeth extracted on Monday. The roof of my mouth is still sore from the injections. I will now have to look at getting partial dentures as the 3 teeth that were broken and removed were the front 3 teeth.

Finally, my dad passed away at 0810 this morning AEST. My sister called me at 0530 my time and I then realised I knew the reason why he was on my mind as I prayed last night. I can only hope that he did accept Jesus so that I will get to be with him when I go home.

I am okay with him passing. We had an up an down relationship though for the past 10 years it has been a very close relationship even though my stepmonster (who thankfully died in January) hated me and was an influence on dad at times. I am also grateful that I reached out to him after he told me to F*ck Off about a month ago. His last message to me was that he loved me very much so I am at peace and so his he I hope.

He is being cremated without a service as we don't want his stepdaughter knowing as she and her de facto will try to fight for some of his money. She got a few million when stepmonster died but her de facto took it all and left her. We suspect that if he finds out dad has gone he will get back with stepdaughter just for the money. Yep, he's that type of person. And so is she. Our lawyer has said that if they don't contest the will within 3 months then they have no recourse. I have to spend time forgiving stepdaughter, she was a drug user and did some bad things when she was younger, like breaking in to her mums' house and stealing a priceless (in sentiment) locket that my grandfather had given my grandmother (my grandfather was killed on the HMAS Sydney in 1942 and never got to meet his son, my dad) and was meant to be given to me. My dad always felt guilty that he hadn't given it to me earlier but he couldn't have known his stepdaughter would steal it.

Sorry, I am rambling. I think I am still in shock. I can't talk to anyone in my "real" life except for my best friend. My brother and I have decided not to tell our mum because we know that she will tell her sister and then it will get back to the people we don't want knowing.

So may you all stay cool, remember God is in control and I will keep you all in my prayers even though I may not be around. Please keep tagging me so I can read and reply when I am able.

Much love and blessings to my Christian Sane family xoxo

Thank you for your posts.

I find myself still feeling shock and heaviness after what happened at Bondi.

It really doesn't feel like Australia.

And then I remembered a missionary who worked in Cambodia talking at church one Sunday. He thanked people for their prayers. He described the oppressive energy which is over that country and feeling the prayers breaking through. Like light in a dark place.

It really is a time to pray.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this time of loss. Losing a parent is a big thing - take care.

Re: Christian Chat

@ENKELI My condolences with the death of your dad. It sounds like the events of this week are overloading you quite a bit.

Praying you remain stable and will be able to digest all this.
