i wrote a new poem today sparked by the events i lived this morning and last night.
A poem about the thunders in my life meeting Jesus. So thankful our dirtiest washing is done in His Blood before we face the public eye in Him.
(it is only in draft form so any suggestions for improvement or correction are welcome.)
Seven Thunders See Jesus Appearing.
The first Thunder Jesus appearing,
is Truth's realisation hitting home hardest,
for His Eyes like a Fire light our darkness,
seeing everything hidden from public sight.
Who escapes the lies keeping His truth away,
living so much of our life still being untrue?
The second Thunder of Jesus appearing,
is the realisation that God's Word is true,
from a vastly different perspective taught.
And that truly we have little clue at all,
about anything to do with our salvation,
when lies rule religious understandings.
The third Thunder of Jesus appearing,
is the fiery trial seeing His truth expose,
all that is hidden in you coming to His light
wanting to shout your sin from the roof tops,
proclaiming the glory of Jesus to whosoever,
shaking all fear out of the shoes of readiness.
The fourth Thunder of Jesus appearing,
is the disappointment being placed last,
for striving in sinful life to be placed first,
earning no lasting treasures in Heaven,
be always carnally untrue in God's truth,
while we thought ourselves to be an Ace!
The Fifth Thunder of Jesus appearing,
is that where you placed yourself last,
thought yourself within yourself wrong,
branding yourself hopelessly useless,
Jesus invites to rule with Him as king,
over God's Kingdom growing within.
The sixth thunder of Jesus appearing,
is understanding the sheep and the goats,
are within us, not fallen people around us.
For a truthful life is always going to be true,
while a life in lies is always burning His truth,
For this is The Truth's revenge on liar's kin.
The seventh Thunder of Jesus appearing,
is the fact His salvation is like a journey,
Constant New Beginnings from here on
as not to loose anything we had before
for long as we lay it down at Christ's feet
He will sanctify, cleanse and renew us!
