I just thought I'd put up a bit of humour 😁

@REDLINEZ750 No it has not improved whatsoever. This week i have made at most 4 hours but usually much less. i'm still in a pickle. This has often undone me in the past. Long periods without enough sleep i cannot tolerate very well, for my mind usually speeds up too much.

However this has not been the case. My moods have been good and alert, a little elevate at times even. No racing thoughts, confusion, exhaustive spells, strong welling emotions, or anxiety though. So that has been greatest.

Simply sitting at His feet learning.

@REDLINEZ750 Thanks. i hope so too. i had a really nice day today anyhow though. The best i have had for years. At peace with the three of us. The weather has been delightful at 24C with little wind or cloud cover. Truly a sunny day.

A good old oldie. This song was considered radical, and many thought wrong, when it came out by the older generation of my time.

We loved it of course!😁 Already then most of us needed God's grace big time. i know i did. And so Jesus taught me the value of trusting His grace and letting go of the desires of the flesh as rulers and have Him rule instead. Of course i was a hard learner, for heeding (contemporary) religious wisdom does not save from sensual indulgence Paul told me (Col 2:6-23 ).😖

Trusting God's grace, while resisting the demander within till death us do part, (Rev 14:9-13) while feeding freely whenever Jesus tells us to have some, (1 Tim 4:3) for demand is not speaking now but He in His love, mercy, care for us. Such a relationship works far better at setting free and teaching us self control feeding from God's good Creation at the same time, i found.(John 8:32 )

@ENKELI @REDLINEZ750 @AuntGlow @DownMoreThanUp @heartathome good morning everyone i dont know why i am here except to ask for a prayer to be given to my 90 year old mum who is going in for an operation today. i would not define my beliefs as christian more spiritual however in saying that i do believe in a higher being and that life as we know it is very complicated. hope you are all well. love bun xx

@heartathome hey heartathome she is going in at 10. being so old with heart problems it worries me. if she comes out of hospital today which is what they are hoping for depending on how it all goes i will head down tomorrow to help. i love my mum x
