@heartathome Amen. It is our Lord who gave us that Vineyard when He brought His Son Alive within us. The very love we were craving for. Our identity as a Child of God.
Now it is about getting to have faith in His love where we have not yet got His love. Also when we are cast doubt by worry. Also when satan takes loved ones from us without us being able to do anything about. Also when the accuser rakes us over the coals of our mistakes and faults in him.
This is the battle in our life as believers to have Christ fully formed in us. In all our inner being His Spirit our spirit as well.

My Vineyard.
My soul is a vineyard of the Lord.
He chose the site carefully
and dug my hardened soil deep.
He removed all rocks and stones
and built me a wall with them,
a defence so very strong.
He planted the choicest of vines,
in fertile ground He planted them
and watered them deeply.
He cares for the plants very well,
pruning them each season,
strong stock to propagate.
Also a watchtower did He make,
placing guards in it,
a watching eye on things.
A wine press He built as well,
for when my vines yield,
pressing the best of fruit.
The wine of Joy is what I get,
jubilant my maidens dance,
gladness running over.
For i know that when i'm overcome by my fears, or when i see His love cast out the fear i'm living, is living hell over against living Heaven.
(a poem i wrote 14 years ago about fighting the spirit of fear.)
Get out of me fear, you hear!
I hope you will grow strong against fear
for fear is a true enemy my dear,
because when trouble comes near
and the lie gets you to fall for fear
then Jesus doesn't all to often appear
rather you shed many a worried tear
see your hopes and dreams disappear
dragon hurting you with his fire to sear!
grilling you without mercy year after year!
all because fear knows no trust my dear.
So when you fall for fear once more
and the heat burns you so very sore
Ask Jesus to help you in your distress
Admit to Him you did surely crash
Let God's love say to your fear
Hey you never again come near
You better listen well you hear
For My Lord Jesus will appear!
He'll throw you right out of me
so I'll be free in His love to be!
walking with Jesus every day
so eat dust satan and go away!
(1 John 4, all the best fear is a hard one to conquer! Yet with Jesus we can sweat blood from fear, and still do what needs to be done. Hallelujah!)
