@ENKELI Thanks for praying. That means a lot to me. i've been down but peaceful. i seem to be very reflective and teary. At times some friction between alters but nowhere near as the past. i spend a lot of time with my wife this afternoon sorting my mind out together.

Yes i love the Aussie-Yanks they are now. They got some really nice songs. We got a few of their concerts on DVD along with their CD's. Our daughter loves them.

@DownMoreThanUp that's also a favourite of mine. I have all their albums and got to meet Joel and Luke when they had their first concert in Perth back in 2019.

They have just released a new song, World on Fire.

I hope you start to feel better soon, mental illness sucks! (but I wouldn't have it any other way for that is the way the Lord made me)

@ENKELI Amen, amen. Years ago already Jesus got me on my knees thanking Him having suffered so deep, for i got to know Him down there, and so many other of His gifts surviving this drama. i always thought feeling high in my faith was Heavenly, but meeting Him in His love over me in my pit is incomparable to anything my experiences have ever been through.

@DownMoreThanUp thanks for that CC song, it's one I hadn't heard before. They are another band I really like.

So much of my Christian music is tied up with my ex friend and for 2 years I couldn't listen to 4K&C, CC and MercyMe as it would just be a painful reminder. I am so grateful to God that I can listen freely now and not relate the music back to ex friend as I missed it so much.

I am also a fan of Rend Collective and TobyMac.

I am so glad to hear you are feeling a little better. Sleep is a wonderful medicine.

Just remember to be kind to yourself, it's not being selfish and it gives you the opportunity to see that God has created an amazing person in you.

@ENKELI Thanks for the encouragement. Absolutely will i do my best to love all bad life to death.This is what went wrong in my life since i was a kid. i was not nice to myself and raised monsters doing that.

With regards to that poem do not worry about giving me the honour, but you are always free to share any of my poems with any one who might like it or benefit from it. (Jesus has He taught me His grace. i did not know His grace like that before i met Him. In the past His grace only came if i was 'good'. This is why i wrote the poem)

You be amazed how many Christians have tried pulling me up on it, claiming we had to do this or that..., but then do not end up coming back after i answer them God's Words about that. (Col 2:20-23) 😀

Simply love God's grace fro i love Jesus bringing us God's grace.
