The Mind Needs Good Circulation. <><

We know there are toxins in our body. If our blood doesn’t circulate well, these toxins accumulate. In order to remain healthy, our body works to expel the toxins. When the blood circulates well, the kidneys and the liver can do their job to dispel toxins. We can use massage to help the blood circulate better. Our consciousness, too, may be in a state of bad circulation. We may have a block of suffering, pain, sorrow, or despair in us; it’s like a toxin in our consciousness. We call this an internal formation or internal knot. Embracing our pain and sorrow with the energy of mindfulness is the practice of massaging our consciousness. When the blood doesn’t circulate well, our organs can’t function properly, and we get sick. When our psyche doesn’t circulate well, our mind will become sick. Mindfulness stimulates and accelerates circulation throughout blocks of pain.

I'm happy that spirituality and 'inner' health (as described in the exert from the e-book you posted) is high on the agenda for this thread.

I believe that she needs our prayer support, & for her to know that we LOVE her no matter what, & that GOD Loves her, unconditionally. @Bubbles3 is suffering so badly, & not being understood, we all know what that is like, at some times in our lives. She has a beautiful family, & she adores them, & she has a heart for GODS little ones HIS precious animals, she is very talented, & fun loving. Bubbles is a loving mother, wife, & daughter. Yet so badly misunderstood, her pain & mental anguish is becoming a nightmare for her, that she can not seem to get out of?

My heart cries out for her, & I know that GOD in all HIS Glory wants her to be at peace, loving & being loved, just like GOD wants for us all whom HE created in HIS image, & calls us HIS- MASTERPIECE!

I feel in my spirit, that this is an URGENT prayer request for Bubbles3, as there are her children, her husband, her pets, & the rest of her life to be considered, will you support her, & her family in prayer, Please????
