Okay ..... starting fresh today and not linking it to yesterday @Teej ...... skip the shower and go for a wash of critical bits instead ...... feed yourself something to steady emotions and fuel better thinking outcomes ..... and hydrate (with water).

Then get yourself into the bus without thinking beyond the bus ...... you’re doing all this to get one the bus ......

Thanks @Former-Member, that’s lovely of you to care. I’m ok with the outcome, All we can do is share our experiences and hope that someone finds something positive or helpful from sharing. I chose to put myself in the arena and have dusted myself off (miracles do happen). There’s one for @Faith-and-Hope 😉 (a Brenè Brown fave). I’ll share a secret though. In the past I might have struggled immensely with it all, step by step and with support from mods and forum family I’m slowly getting better at not being swallowed hole like I might have done in the past. I hope you are doing ok today. I’m sitting in my car after just finishing one of my groups and about to do some shopping but wanted to thank you for being brave and caring and writing that too.
