TRIGGERRED!!!!!

I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

is anyone with me . i feel so alone. sane isnt even on chat, iv got no one to talk to. i hate this sh*t. i feel so depressed.

i no everyone has there problems but i do feel left out most of the time.
