TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Ok so far we have:
All wear purple and meet at a cafe for breaky. Walk on beach and have a lovely talk on a cliff overlooking the water watching the whales and dolphins. Lunch would be hot chips in the Botanical Gardens. After that we can have a walk around and look at all the pretty flowers like the ones we post on here. In the afternoon lets go for a drive down the coast in a convertable with the wind blowing in our hair. So we drive for about 2 hours and end up at a beautiful B&B that we are staying at the night. So what next?

I think taking a look around the town the b&b is in and some of the little shops there and having dinner at the towns best restaurant @Former-Member

@outlanderohhh that sounds so nice. We can look around at the shops, have a lovely dinner in the towns best restaurant. We can go back to the B&B, lay in front of the fire and just talk. We fall into a peaceful sleep with Sans and I on either side of you, not leaving your side. Our dreams are filled with the wonderful, magical day we just had.
So you are going to continue breathing slowly and imagine this perfect day in your head. I am too

i am far from amazing, it helped me too. Imagine our special place sis and drift of to sleep knowing you have Sans and I next to you. Sweet dreams gorgeous girl 💜💜💜

No worries i had to get up and walk i got one of those calf muscle cramps back in bed going back to our place and you are amazing 💜 @Former-Member i hope your able to get some sleep tonight too. Go to our special place 💜 we are all curled up
