@outlander - make up extra cards, but just do the one for Pop today. There's no special format for it, you can make it pretty with love hearts but don't make it too busy or it will distract you. Put his name on it, put what the worry is, date of his test.

You can't function properly on little sleep, no food or fluids. And you're still recovering from major illness. That is my musing order. STAT! 😘😘😘

I had a tea earlier. I went outside for however long it took me to read a chapter of my book. I put a movie on ice, baking, went for a walk to the letterbox

And my kidneys are causing pain yet again

Ok, you did some really good stuff today. Really good. I understand these pressures don't just go away. Would it helpful to call SC or KHL? Talk things out?
