TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Well, I am back from the psychiatrist everybody. My medications got lowered as my doctor thinks they are fuelling my hypomanic feelings. Makes sense I suppose. The bad news is I no longer take medication to help me sleep (this is just a trial, as the doctor thinks I am becoming too tolerant to this medication and wants to wean me off it).

A BIG bonus @outlander! I walked out of his office so relieved. He even gave me a candy cane and wished me a Merry Christmas... it was kinda weird really.
