TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Seems Cat has had a local reaction to the vaccination. The vet will give him some medicine (more money!) but we've decided that because I'm not home all day, it's best if he's left at the surgery. If he gets worse, at least he's there. Otherwise I'll pick him up this evening after my counsellor appt.
Pretty stressed right now, so I'm trying to get a prn med from my local mh community centre. My case manager is not available, so have to deal with someone else.

@Sans911that is not good. Least I guess he is on the best place possible and you don't have to worry about him whilst you are at your counselling appt.
Hopefully you can get a prn med that will help you through the rest of the day.

@Former-Member he should be fine, I'm just being my overly sensitive self right now, and doesn't take much to tip me over the edge. I'll be alright. Just can't wait to get out of this noisy place, too many noises at once adding to my headache. I just want to go home and either have a good cry or relax with a cup of tea

Thats not good although hes in the best place, they can keep a close eye on him there while your out @Sans911

Thanks @Sans911 I have my prn med ready to take, not taking any chances. I enquired at the school at am sitting on a table with another family that I know really well so that has eased some of my anxiety. With every part of me I am going to try and enjoy tonight, something I haven’t done for a long time.
I am glad you are back at home now and safe. Hopefully you get some sleep.
