TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

It hasnt really helped. I keep having visions of all sorts of things. I ended up scrambling do fast into bed and hid @Queenie
I dont know where it come from but i can only picture it as stress
I seen a dog in the door way of pops room which is down the hall from the bathroom and my room is next to the bathroom
It started walking towards me growling and slobbering.
So i ran into my room and shut the door.
So im listening to music trying to picture my happy place and hiding under the covers

@outlander@Former-Memberso, where is our special place tonight? Meet me at Sydney train station as quick as you can, and we will buy a one way ticket to the south. I know some amazing places. We will stay the night in a quaint B & B. It's already booked for us with a cooked breakfast provided. We have to go a little further by train in the morning, can't say where, but it's all arranged to pick up our convertible. Don't forget to wear purple!! See you soon

@Former-Member@outlanderI have a lovely little picnic set, and I have packed it all up with wine, yummy cheeses, prosciuttio, chicken, strawberries, lemon cordial (real lemons), yoghurt, salad, hard boiled eggs and two thermoses, one tea, one coffee. We can stop anywhere that takes our fancy. I've got the picnic rug and cushions covered too
