TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

@outlanderhe is away for work, does happen quite a bit. I am going ok. Just not pushing myself and still needing to do a lot of self care. The SH and SI are still there but not as strong as during the night. He left early this morning so of course didn't tell him what had happened. I do need to talk about it at some stage and get some advice, but I don't think that conversation is appropriate or allowed on the forum.
So just have to sit with it for now until I can work out who would be best to talk to about it.
How do you feel now?

I had to help one off my fur babies & I got so upset as he had an accident but he is ok now I'm keeping an eye on him as I know he could do the same thing again!
