Meditation companion dog Chill music

Meditation companion dog Chill music

Meditation those of you having problems with anxiety and depression plus copeing with stress should join a meditation group.
If lonely perhaps a dog for company ( share your neighbours dog perhaps or share one with a relative)
Also see your GP who may recommend counciling and medication
Relaxing music and just walking along a beach sitting quiet somewhere listening and using breathing exercises to meditate all can help....good luck Allan

Great tips @AlienBP2

There's a discussion started a little while ago about pet therapy - maybe you could contribute to the discussion. You can find it here!

I'm a big fan of being with nature and in particular the beach 🙂

What type of music do you find relaxing?

Nik

First, you need to relax, either sitting or lying down will work fine. Through your nose, take in a long deep breath until you see your diaphragm (stomach) begin to rise, Lisa Overholt. 10 to 15 seconds should do it, then instead of letting air out in one big gasp, slowly allow the air out through slightly parted lips.
